Exercise and fitness are important lifestyle investments for a healthy and lengthy life, but the gym is not always suitable or desireable for a lot of people. PowerActive is a Personal Training and Kettlebell Instruction company located between Wisbech, King's Lynn and Downham Market, on the Norfolk/Cambridgeshire borders, our aim is to provide fitness sessions away from a gym environment at our fully equipped studio, which you are guaranteed sole use of during your session, introducing clients to an extensive range of training aids. Every effort is made to allow you to train independently by giving you knowledge from a fully qualified personal trainer.You will see how easy it is to develop a regular routine of progressive exercises. Personal training with PowerActive aims to tailor sessions to your needs taking into account your likes and dislikes, so you achieve the results that you want.  Progress is monitored by regular fitness tests and anatomical measurements along with the progression of exercises.

Sports Massage Therapy and Trigger Point Therapy

A Sports massage can treat injuries as well as a preventative treatment dealing with the health of muscle and connective tissue, range of movement, tone, symmetry, balance of muscle and quality of posture. Coupled with Trigger Point Therapy can also be used to relieve everyday problems of repetitive strain, recurring headaches, aches and pains, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, bad backs, bad knees, tendinitis etc generally 75% of pain can be attributed to trigger points, we have successfully treated a number of conditions dating back 20+ years where clients have been through a wide range of specialists and treatments.


An extremely effective tool that gets back to basics training, requiring functional, whole body fitness. Kettlebells require focus on whole-body conditioning because lifting and controlling Kettlebells forces the entire body, and specifically the core muscles, to contract as a group, building both strength and stability at the same time with minimal impact so perfect for rehabilitation or for older people looking to stay conditioned and increase bone density. Kettlebell workouts engage multiple muscle groups at once. In this way, they are a great option for getting a whole body workout in a very short time.

Kettlebell Classes :-
Class sizes are strictly limited to ensure you can easily see instruction and the instructor can see you to ensure correct technique to get the most of training with this highly effective tool and avoid injury, you won't just be a face in a crowd

If practiced with consistency, pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the whole human body. It puts emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance. Pilates' system allows for different exercises to be modified in range of difficulty from beginner to advanced or to any other level, and also in terms of the instructor and practitioner's specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.
